Before an estate lesson: visitor passes, clubhouses and pool access

In private estates, industrial buildings and malls, access rules often matter more than the street address. Typical blockers are visitor registration, temporary passes, clubhouse booking slots, pool usage rules, and walk-up floors without a lift. HomeCoach asks support to collect these notes before dispatch and put them on the job ticket.
When you book, add the management office contact or registration method, the earliest clubhouse or pool slot, whether the lobby needs an escort, and whether gear can use the stairs. Swimming, aerial yoga, drums and cello depend heavily on venue and noise conditions; a missed slot can mean a reschedule or waiting costs.
If your estate needs registration, complete it 30–60 minutes before arrival and send any temporary code or QR to support. If something changes — a clubhouse pool closed for maintenance, for example — tell us early so we can reschedule, reassign or switch to dry-land drills instead of leaving a coach in the lobby.
For walk-ups, state the floor and how heavy the gear is. Claiming a clubhouse exists when it does not makes the plan wrong and forces a renegotiation on site. Honest access notes do not block service; they let venue and equipment be agreed once.
District, estate and some building pages list access, clubhouse and pool tips you can read alongside this guide. The service map follows the Home Affairs Department's 18 districts so you can narrow from district to estate to service.
Hong Kong is divided into 18 districts, with each district's District Officer (DO) representing the Government at the district level.
