Common questions about HomeCoach. Cannot find an answer? Reach us via Contact.

1What door-to-door coaching does HomeCoach offer?
Fitness, yoga, Pilates, swimming, tennis, badminton, table tennis, basketball, football, golf, piano, guitar, violin, singing, tutoring, dance, boxing and martial arts — across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
2Do coaches bring their own equipment?
Coaches usually bring mats, resistance bands and adjustable dumbbells. Large instruments such as pianos must be yours; guitars and violins can often be borrowed or rented.
3My flat is small — can I still take lessons?
Yes. One-to-one work needs roughly 2m × 2m of clear floor; partner dance or group classes need more. Coaches adapt to what you have.
4Which parts of Hong Kong does HomeCoach cover?
All 18 districts listed by the Home Affairs Department, including estates and buildings on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories. Area pages note access and venue details.
5How do I contact HomeCoach?
Use the booking form, WhatsApp (+852-51375620), WeChat (foodtime01), or email [email protected].
6Will the coach start before quoting?
No. We confirm the fee before the visit; extra time or gear needs your approval first.

Major districts and many estates are covered. Browse Service Areas or book with your address noted.
