How does a HomeCoach lesson actually work?

HomeCoach (教练到家) arranges door-to-door coaching for Hong Kong households. There is no shop counter. Share the district, estate, block and floor plus what you want to learn; support confirms the slot, venue and price range before a coach is dispatched.
Coverage follows Hong Kong's 18 districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. District, area, estate and many building pages record lesson venues, clubhouse and pool rules, visitor registration and gate access so your coach arrives prepared.
For pool sessions check visitor and booking rules with management first. If you suspect an injury or live with a chronic condition, consult a doctor or physiotherapist before booking rehab or fitness training.
When you book, share the district or estate name, block and floor, the learner's age and level, the subject and goals, and your available slots. Clearer details produce a better coach match and a more reliable fee range, and fewer wasted trips.
If the venue differs from the booking — for example a living-room session is booked but only a corridor is available — the coach explains the workable alternative and any timing change, and only proceeds with your approval.
Hong Kong is divided into 18 districts, with each district's District Officer (DO) representing the Government at the district level.
