1. Give the venue: district/estate (or street building), block and door, plus your usual entrance.
2. State your goals (e.g. fundamentals, dribbling & lay-ups), plus the learner's age, level and any injuries or conditions.
3. Confirm the venue: clear floor area, flooring, and whether clubhouse or pool access is needed — check visitor rules with management.
4. Offer available slots (weekday/weekend, morning/evening) — off-peak slots are easier to match.
5. For pregnancy, post-surgery rehab, chronic conditions or kids/senior training, get medical clearance first.

• Clear the training space — move tables, cables and breakables; make sure the floor is non-slip.
• Have water and a towel ready; wear suitable activewear and cushioned trainers.
• If using your own instrument or gear (piano, guitar, racket), have it out and ready.
• Arrange for family members or children to be present if needed, and allow time for visitor registration.
• Where relevant, reserve a loading bay so your coach can carry gear upstairs.
